Bracton generates legally accurate documents for UK small businesses, employers and landlords. Users answer a structured questionnaire and download a completed document in Word and PDF — employment contracts, offer letters, disciplinary and grievance policies, right to work records, NDAs, shareholder agreements, freelance contracts, tenancy agreements and possession notices. Every template is drafted by a solicitor of England and Wales and revised when the law changes, which since the Employment Rights Act and the Renters' Rights Act has been a continuous requirement. Free templates and twenty-one statutory calculators sit alongside the paid catalogue. Bracton is a document platform, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice.
