I appreciate the most that I can access my Google Mail through an app-like interface, and not through yet another browser tab getting lost in the mix. In addition to eliminating the browser tab, Boxy offers a number of customization options not found natively within Google. The interface is much cleaner than GMail, as well. I have noticed that the app fails to load my mail sometimes. I have to close and reopen the app in order for it to load all my new messages. It is not often, but it really irritates me first thing in the morning when I know that I should have email. The other isn't really a Boxy issue, but rather GMail limitations that apply to Boxy as well. So if you expect that Boxy is going to eliminate those limitations, it's not. If you use Gmail or GSuite for your business you probably have multiple email accounts. This app allows you to have them all organised, rather than having browser tabs open using up your valuable memory resources. This neat solution remains in the desktop top bar - three icons ready to click which open drop down tabs - one for Gmail and one for calendar. The third one however, is the one that I love most. I like Broxysuite because in this app the browser doesn't get overloaded, distractions are less in it and the workflow remains intact, by combining Google Keep, Calendar, and Contacts in a single app it provides better task management, which makes my work very easy. I really like how Boxysuite makes all things Google feel native on Mac which makes it super clean and also super easy to get used to. As a student with odd hours of studying and homework sessions, I really like the dark mode. It’s not free, which I understand can be tough on a student budget, but the productivity boost I feel like makes it worth it. I also wish it offered more customization options, like tweaking notification styles or adding extra integrations with other tools like Canvas, or other apps I use for school I use for School Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instead of having separate tabs for like my Emails, Calenders, Keep, etc, which not only uses more resources, but also reduces productivity, I can access all of those by just using Boxysuite. It's a bit on the pricy side, like, Gmail is free to use but here, it feels like we have to pay a monthly subscription to use Gmail. In addition to that, I feel it would be better if they add more integrations to at least justify the pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
