The product are very easy to use and exactly what we need. There is an extensive library of phishing simulations sent out to our staff as part of user journey. The team at Boxphish have been great to work with especially Yasmine Mawer. From the initial setup and on-going support. The journey consists of short videos followed by a quick 5 question test to see if the user has taken on board what’s been shown. The only downside I can think of is the fact users are able to skip the video and click 5 random awnsers on the test just to show they have taken part but the fact administratiors can views scores and the new aqbiliy to get users to retake failed tests helps combat this. BoxPhish gives easily accessible cyber awareness training on the relavent topics and makes them short and sweet, Before BoxPhish we found it difficult to try and train all of our staff on what not to do! and to stay safe online. Now we use BoxPhish, courses are sent to our users automatically and reports can be seen to see who's completing them. Along with the Phishing simulations we can see each time who's being caught out and there has been a downward trend in the numbers of users falling for such phishing simulations. There's a great range of training course material which is engaging and pragmatic. Courses are short and mobile friendly so it's easy to keep adoption rates high. The phishing simulations are varied with a range of difficulties available. Given access to many "look a like" domains really makes people stop and think before they click. Boxphish were very supportive of creating a customised landing page as well so that we could make the experience more branded for our people. The admin side of things is equally simple to use including a range of attractive dashboards that give great insight on performance. Account Management is top notch - very responsive and with a sense that they really care about their customers. Special shout out to Izzie, Sam and Nick who have been really hands on and helpful. The thing that I most like about the Boxphish training platform is their perfect execution of short, easily digestible training materials that have a big impact. The training courses are short enough to be done quickly, but detailed enough to get the point across. The courses are well-written and varied. The simulations are authentic and make even cyber-aware users think, and are a good way to get the message across. One or two staff have been put off by the graphic of a hacker when they've received the email alerting them that there's a new course for them to view, though this has been mitigated by adding the organisation's logo, to reassure that the email is genuine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I spent a while researching Cyber Security Awareness Training, Boxphish came out on top by far. Our school have over 120 members of staff with varied technical experience. After working closely with our account manager Izzie Reidford we agreed to create termly simulations to educate our staff. The feedback from staff has been amazing, staff are enaged and talk freely about phishing and other cyber training courses. The courses are short and have impact.

Boxphish has made our cyber security training easier to manage and maintain. Most of the solution is automated, setup was simple and as an IT Manager I rarely have to touch it. Department heads have oversight of reporting and pickup missed training with their DRs. The campaigns are current, and we can target them to new trends or issues we are currently seeing.
