Boxphish is a great product for any company looking for a solution to provide continuous security training and phishing campaigns to employees. The beauty of the solution is the lack of involvement you need to have as an Administrator. Simply tell your account manager what you would like, for us it was security training one month followed by a phishing campaign the next on a continuous basis. A few questions later the system was implemented and up and running fully integrated into our Microsoft AD accounts for employee single sign-on. The system looks after the rest. For a busy manager, I couldn't ask for more.

The training courses provided are engaging and cover the requirements you would expect without being onerous to employees which in turn makes for better uptake and fewer reminders having to be sent.....which the system also does on your behalf. The reporting dashboard is easy to use and gives all of the information you would need in order to evaluate how the company is doing as a whole as well as at a department level and per individual. This allows us to see who may require additional training on aspects of security or how to spot phishing emails.

We have been using the system for over a year now and I have never had to contact support as everything just works and is so simple to use. Yasmine, our account manager is brilliant and we have regular catchups just to see how things are going and to highlight any new features that are available that we may want to take advantage of. I recently asked for a quote for additional users and it arrived in my inbox within an hour.

The whole Boxphish team (especially Izzie, Sam & the Support Team) have been very helpful and prompt with responding to our queries and working in partnership to meet our needs. We needed some quick wins in terms of increasing our cyber security awareness and the application was so easy to use and easy to administer. The biggest strength is the admin portal. Central access to reports, user information and scheduling training and simulations. From an IT admin view it makes life easy. Quickly manually add new users or integrate with our Google Workspace. With new updates always being added, I logon frequently to keep up to date with stats and the new features.

Also content of the training provided is top notch. Short videos help the end users stay engaged rather than a long (usually boring) video. Finished off with a few questions to make sure the information has been taken in.

Everyone at Boxphish I have dealt with have been great. No issue too big or small. From the support side (when I need to pick their brains) to Yaz our account manager. Great company to deal with. BoxPhish is one of those few products that promises to save you time and make your life easier, and then actually does!

It can be completely set and forget if you want it to be.

Initial setup is very simple, with sync of Azure/Entra for your users taking just minutes and then dynamically keeps accounts up to date.

The system essentially just works out of the box. Having used other products that require you to build specific campaigns which takes considerable time, BoxPhish’s approach is very refreshing.

The training videos are engaging and well-made and just the right length to keep staff interested. The content is great and very relevant, helping us protect our systems but also for our staff to protect themselves in their personal lives using technology.

The default BoxPhish controlled delivery schedule is well paced so there is never a sense of training overload, but it is also flexible for each organisations needs.

We absolutely love the Boxphish product. We can ensure that all of our stakeholders are receiving up to date Cyber Security training at all times, without even lifting a finger! The approach to cyber awareness is quite unique in that it provides a range of bespoke custom courses and simulations which can be targeted, delivered and analysed quickly. Small 5 minute courses make it attractive to users. The tone and interactive content is also extremely accessible. The fact you can make custom simulations is also advantageous! We love it, and it features centrally in our ongoing cyber security prevention programme throughout all schools in our Trust.

Communications are exceptional. The team are very responsive and the regular review meetings ensure that our strategic use of the platform remains relevant.
