Boxphish have built a multitool product providing both on demand or automated phishing simulations, along side reporting and courses for education / re-education purposes.

The simulations sent to users are dynamic and vary in difficulty, yet align with the training that we provide and still allow users to identify phishing emails without the tangible risk of compromising security, instead they are met with a hygeinic landing page showing tips on how to improve their approach to identification.

We really like and appreciate the simple interface of the tooling and use it almost daily to understand our risky users

BoxPhish has completly changed we manage our users, their dashboard UI is super easy to navigate the design is brilliant and functions are only a click away.

BoxPhish has opened our eyes as a business to the risks that can come from phishing emails and the tactic that scammers use during this, we have only been with the, for a short time and in that time we have been vastly impressed with the customer support team, they reach out frequently to ensure everything is running smooth which we greatly appreciate.

The integration aspect of it was easy manage from both the Microsoft Admin Centre and our On-Prem servers, simply making a new group and adding to all users to that then pulled through to the BoxPhish portal.

The service for us is currently setup so that users receive training courses 1 month and a phishing simulation the next.

Staff love this training. A great advantage is the monthly courses - rather than one long course that all forget the content, staff actually look forward to the videos & what they will learn. The video courses are short, snappy & relevant to them at work & personally.

The dashboard allows monitoring of those that need some help without putting staff on the spot. The software was easy to set-up and the onboarding process was simple. Yaz was very helpful at the start and also with the checking-in to ensure that all is running smoothly.

Boxphish is very easy to use, implement and tailor to the needs of your organisation. The onboarding processes was very simple. You can easily and quickly navigate the dashboard to schedule simulations for your team as well as training sessions. From an IT administration point of view, BoxPhish is incredibly easy and simple to implement and maintain. The admin interface is clean and simple, and it is very straightforward to onboard users via a variety of automatic synchronisations/integrations (i.e. Azure AD groups, etc).

The end user perspective is equally simple and yet very effective - our users are given a BoxPhish course every 3 months and these are short and concise refreshers that do just the right amount to keep people aware and on their toes, security wise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't really anything to dislike at all!

You could argue that there are one or two features missing that the the more expensive platforms have, however my view is that these are not needed and would detract from BoxPhish's main selling point, which is its simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Let's be honest cyber training can be dull. Boxphish training isn't though - it has short and snappy cartoon style videos lasting around 5 minutes which keep the viewer engaged. You can choose which order to send the videos out and we have started with the basics and are getting more advanced every couple of weeks.

There are a wide variety of phishing simulations - who can resist a free Starbucks or Greggs? The goal of course is to get people thinking before they click and now when a random offer appears in someones inbox they do think before clicking! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Boxphish delivers some excellent and very digestable training exercises which our end-users receive monthly, this keeps cyber security and awareness in the forefront of people's minds and ultimately a well trained and well informed user body is paramount when securing your network.

From the point of view of simulations, these are brilliant and rather cunning. As a customer of Boxphish for the past couple of years it has been interesting to see the trends with regard to end-users falling for simulations then and now. The simulations are extremely realistic and some end-users still fall victim, but the follow-up training and feedback our IT staff can give helps end-users when it comes to looking for suspicious email content.

From an admin point of view, the reporting is very good with easy to understand diagrams and data which highlight the users who are most often victim to simulations, this enables the IT team to focus on those users and help improve their understanding of threats.

The roll out of the platform was very simple and the support we get when needed has been second to none and I have regular meetings with my account manager to discuss the platform and how it is working for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
