Boxphish is simple to setup, quick snappy and once you have it all setup and scheduled you can sit back and relax which for a lot of organisations is PERFECT. Since we have been using it we have been able to tackle the problem areas and ensure that people stay vigiliant to potential scams.

Easy to set up and new staff are automatically enrolled. Staff like the bitesize training and leadership enjoy seeing the results of the simulations. With every simulation staff have been better at spotting the signs of a phishing emails. The support from boxphish has been brilliant and new features are shown and explained. Reporting is useful and easy to use. Learning plans have been set up for staff that run for the year so we don't need to worry about constantly assigning staff training. New staff are enrolled on the plan without us doing anything so they don't miss out on any previous training. We have seen a massive improvement in staff knowledge of cyber security. The short and to the point user training videos have been particularly well received. As a busy IT guy in a busy situation with hundreds of staff, to actually have staff tell me they thought the training was good, unprovoked, is unheard of and I was not expecting it at all. Obviously, having the ability to demonstrate that you are taking the threat of Phishing seriously and to be able to demonstrate improvement in your users over time is the main win here, but the training is the icing on the cake and once set up, the input from us in keeping the system going is next to nothing. I can't think of anything particularly negative about boxphish from our experience, probably the worst thing is that we have users questioning legit emails more, but really, that's not a problem, that's the system getting them to think about things before the click them which is the whole point. Boxphish is a very simple and effective system to use. The courses are bitesize which is perfect for the busy environment that we work in. It's easy to access and the courses are nice and easy to follow, with a short course at the end. The admin portal is again simple to use so I can see the results of everything quickly and clearly. My team has already learnt from the 'scam emails' as anyone who clicked on it, hasn't clicked on it again, so it's definitely working. The ease of use of administration and distribution of modules globally or to individuals or groups. It was really easy to implement, customer support is brilliant (Yaz).

I send out a new module monthly to all employees and new employees get all modules currently sent out to do, and it is literally a few clicks to do.

The content is engaging and 5 minutes or so of anyone's time once a month is nothing at all.

My end users like the content due to it's style, we're multinational and the language used is really easy for all our staff to understand.
