Our organisation has been using Boxphish for over a year now. Our accounts manager has been super helpful and very communicative. The phishing simulations and reporting functionality are very useful for identifying users within our org who may need extra support, supplementing the Boxphish materials with our own internal training. Allocating additional training packages to users as needed is quick and easy.

As part of the review of our Cyber Security infrastructure , we identified creating a Cyber Security Culture as a key part of our approach. We looked at a few systems and decided BoxPhish were the best fit for us. From the start , the Team at BoxPhish were extremely helpful and very responsive to queries. We have a dedicated account manager who is excellent and the support team are very quick to reply to , and resolve issues.

The user interface is easy to use . End users love the short but informative training videos . The data we are collecting in relation to the Spear Phishing simulations gives us vital insights into which departments may need a little extra training and the types of Spear Phishing emails that are more successful. Automated system requires minimal input beyond reviewing the take up/outcome reports which as staff are happy to engage with the training and our simulations results have improved, only requires occassional action. Some staff have requested the ability to download a training log which doesn't seem to be on offer at present, but as I have not raised this with BoxPhish yet, they have not had an opportunity to consider/address this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We trialed a few other cybersecurity training solutions before Boxhphish but we found most of their videos and content to be quite soulless and boring, which made it feel like just a box ticking exercise to force on users. Boxphish's content strikes a good balance of being engaging and informative with some interactive sections as well. It's also cheaper than the others we trialed which makes it very easy to recommend. As they are a presumably a smaller development team, if you request some new features you'd like added it can take quite a while for it to be developed. However, the bulk of features are already built in so it's only a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Boxphish provides a solution which is low maintenance and does not necessitate a great deal of time to maintain and update. Our account manager is supportive and responds quickly to any queries or concerns. The reporting allows us to easily see which users may require additional support to avoid a cybersecurity issue. Easy to use and setup, runs automatically, is customisable, support is great and the product keeps evolving with some really great additions and improvements over the last 12 months.
