Yasmine and the team at Boxphish have provided an excellent customer success programme, providing training and support from setup through to using the management analisys tools. The training sessions are very simple to use, they are not time consuming and most users have demonstrated good awareness. The management tools available have helped my business to understand user ability and provide further targeted help and training where its needed rather than a blanket approuch to all users. Users have become paranoid and check every email with the IT team. This will subside as they grow more confident with the knowledge delivered to them through the excellent training sessions. Being over cauitous is a good trait for users to develop, afterall this is what the sessions try to promote, without doubt this is being delivered successfully.
