Boxphish provides entertaining shortform courses that can easily fit into anyone's schedule, ensuring that course completion rates are always high and employees are getting the necessary training they require, without having to be chased to complete it. The simulation emails are cleverly designed and keep people on their toes which helps decrease the likelihood of a phishing attack. Thorough reporting can be easily exported to provide non-technical staff with easily digestible figures, showing staff course completion and simulation email click rates. Definitely recommend! Our Customer Success Manager has been brilliant at helping us understand how BoxPhish would work within our business, and introducing us to new features as and when they were release. We have found BoxPhish easy to use and implement into our environment, and has a huge range of customizable templates to choose from. BoxPhish has become a tool that we use several times a month to cover different types of user within our organization and the reporting platform makes it easy to understand who is clicking on simulations, allowing us to reach out and have a conversation about the 'why'. Using BoxPhish allows us to send targeted emails to differing user risk levels to see who is susceptible to what type of attack. We then follow this up manually a couple of times a year to understand why users clicked on an email (were they bored, tired, distracted, curious, did it look like a genuine email etc.) so we can understand not only who is clicking, but their motivation behind doing so.
