We're a secondary school with over 1500 students. We shopped around for a phishing awareness solution that fit our budget. BoxPhish has proven to offer a superb selection of up-to-date short training courses and test our users with simulations that match closely to those found in the wild today. Their team has been exceptionally supportive, creating a seamless experience by understanding our requirements and maintaining a non-intrusive yet helpful presence. The practical approach of BoxPhish's system, with its array of phishing simulation templates, fosters a learning-friendly environment, encouraging education over punishment. Staff can spare 5 mins to watch a short video a couple of times a month. Their system, has resulted in a significant improvement in staff cybersecurity awareness and a decrease in phishing susceptibility. The automation of the system also free's up the IT team to focus on our daily tasks without having to worry about user provisioning or schedulling of courses/simulations. The system's dashboard allows us, as IT administrators, to periodically assess whether our school's awareness of phishing scams is improving. It's essential that our staff are aware and are able to handle the ever-evolving threat landscape. BoxPhish delivers up-to-date training courses and real-world simulations that have been instrumental in teaching our staff how to spot and react to online threats, especially phishing attempts. 2. Time Management: BoxPhish's automated system handles the user onboarding, course scheduling, and simulation running. We're seeing far better awareness among our staff. They're spotting phishing attempts and reporting them, which strengthens our online security and reduces the risk of a successful attack. On top of that, fewer IT issues linked to successful phishing means we're saving time and resources down the line. Yasmine and the team at Boxphish have provided an excellent customer success programme, providing training and support from setup through to using the management analisys tools. The training sessions are very simple to use, they are not time consuming and most users have demonstrated good awareness. The management tools available have helped my business to understand user ability and provide further targeted help and training where its needed rather than a blanket approuch to all users. The simple interface with regular targeted sessions have proved to be invaluable in our continued fight against cyber-crime, where user awareness can become a strong firewall.
