Positive point:

**What do you dislike about Boxia?**

Nothing to report for the moment, no bugs and the team is always very responsive.

**What problems is Boxia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Boxia to better track our shipments and manage the quality of our deliveries with multiple carriers. Before implementing the solution, the information was scattered across different tools, and it was sometimes difficult for our teams to have a clear view of the delivery status. Boxia now allows us to quickly identify delays or incidents and to be more proactive with our customers. The implementation of the solution was simple and very fast, and the Boxia team is responsive and attentive to support us in the use and evolution of the platform.
