The new Box AI features have saved me hours of manual reading by summarizing my research folders instantly. Box acts as secure connective tissue between our Salesforce and Slack workflows, and Box AI helps me query massive folders to find specific data, making it a live, searchable knowledge base. What I like most is the seamless integration with other tools and the drag functionality which makes uploading large datasets very fast. Also, the advanced search feature helps me find specific data files instantly, saving me a lot of time. The seamless integration is vital because I can open and edit my Excel files or data sheets directly within Box using Microsoft 365. The advanced search is a lifesaver when I'm looking for a specific SQL query inside hundreds of folders. It indexes the content, not just the file names, which makes my workflow much more efficient. The initial setup was incredibly straightforward and fast. The Box Drive feature allowed us to integrate the cloud folders directly into our local file explorers, so the team didn't need any special training, and we were able to migrate our existing data and set up user permissions within just a couple of hours. It removes friction from collaboration and lets us focus on production rather than file management issues. What I appreciate most about Box is its strong security and precise permission management, which is extremely important for our library in Germany. We store a large number of rare digital archives, reader information, and internal administrative documents, and Box allows us to set different access rights for different staff and external partners to ensure the safety of precious materials and personal data. In addition, its stable cloud storage and convenient file sharing functions are very practical. We no longer need to transmit large scanned files and collection materials via email, and team members can access the latest files remotely. The version tracking function also avoids confusion caused by repeated modifications of documents. The system is simple to operate and easy for all team members to get started. It centralizes all kinds of library documents, making file management more standardized and efficient, and strongly supports our daily work and archive preservation. The interface for organizing large batches of digitized archival materials can feel rigid. We often manage thousands of scanned historical documents, images, and media files, and the platform lacks flexible bulk tagging and advanced filtering options, making it slower to sort and retrieve special-collection items. File preview for high-resolution scans and rare-format documents sometimes loads slowly or doesn’t display correctly on lower-bandwidth connections, which is inconvenient when staff work remotely or from branch libraries.
