You cannot edit an email once it has been sent. for example if you have typed an incorrect email address, you have to start a whole new document, you cannot resend and edit the detail. Not a whole lot. There are very few improvements I would suggest. For example, an increase in the free-tier so I can use it more often or not worry about the limits.

I think the signing interface can also be a little big more functional. For example, can I bold text in the message section? That would be nice. Also, not sure what else is sent in the signrequest email to recipients but would be nice to see what it says!

Another way to better advertise is probably optimize the google search field. For me, signrequest was not on the top when i search for document signing services. Probably a little better if we can get it higher up. For some reason I never remember the name also, haha!

I also dislike the problem with this survey. It is promising me a $25 gift card but despite whatever I write it wont reach the $25 dollar mark. So I have decided to reduce the rating of the app overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SignRequest easily integrates with G-Suite. Getting a document signed is an easy click away from Google Docs and that fits great into our workflow. No need to "download as PDF" and Upload.

It also works nicely with uploaded materials of course. We also use templates (e.g for an SOW, MSA, NDA).

SignRequest is very user-friendly. I love the ease of setting up documents, and also on the receiving end, the sleek and intuitive design supports a flawless user experience. It is quick to get started, and does not require a lot of screens to go through before you can prepare your first document. The price structure also seems right. I also like that SignRequest is a European company. I do think European business solutions have an edge when it comes to client centeredness, and fairness of price structure. I find the initial screen a little bit confusing - the one where you need to choose the email addresses. Sometimes it is only me who needs to sign something.
