"Effective and Trusted E-signature porcedure"
5/5
What do you like best about Box Sign?

I enjoy the features given when signing or uploading signatures; it provides the user with the convenience to put an authentic signature.

It's fantastic that the platform offers the option to admin users to send reminders to pending e-signees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

When one person does not sign, or the person who would be signing has to during the process is different, maybe the user in charge of the admin account would have the opportunity to allow to skip or re-send. I wish this were an option, as I have come across several moments where I had to cancel a document and resend them.

I would recommend working on the way to keep the documents organized a bit better on the documents screen, maybe create tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic product, and with a great plan for smaller companies (like mine)"

What do you like best about Box Sign?

I'm very happy that I can upload my own document, and that the pricing is reasonable. For a software I barely use once a month, it wouldn't be worth it to pay more (yet). Of course I hope to need to sign more documents in the future. When it helps me to bring more money in, of course I'd be happy to pay more then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

If I make more money in the future, I'd be willing to pay more money to have more control over the design of my documents. I'd love to be able to add an 'empty' branded PDF and upload my company font so that I type in SignRequest directly, or better yet, edit previous documents. But as a starting company, skipping this step wouldn't yet save me enough time to make that worth a higher plan; therefore, for now, I'm thrilled with the software as is and wouldn't change a single thing :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Service for Small Business!"

What do you like best about Box Sign?

The ease of using the whole system, the login through my google Business Suite and how simple it is to use the app! Most of all, having all my customers signed contracts in one location with an easy search tool to look them up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

I like everything about the app right now. I haven't found anything that needs improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful yet user-friendly contract and signature manager"
5/5
What do you like best about Box Sign?

It is easy to upload a document and send it to different people for signature. Additionally, it integrates with Slack, Zapier, Google Drive. You can automate your work in a variety of ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

Nothing bothers me about Signrequest. I think they are one of the best in the market. Everything works great with their app. Maybe a mobile app would be great. And custom SMTP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and efective to use out of the box but be aware if you require extra validation steps"
4/5
What do you like best about Box Sign?

We use SignRequest from the API, and it's the simplest to integrate so far.

The signing experience is good if you use all the functionalities out-of-the-box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

Bundling multiple documents in one envelope to be signed is sometimes a pain.

The API works well, but there are some edge cases with certain documents that crash the API. From our experience, there's still some work to be done to make the APIs more robust and error-proof.

If you have control over the PDFs, then using SignRequest via API is easy. On the other hand, if you add SignRequest to your product and don't have any control over the PDF to be signed, it may be challenging to have a good experience. However, this issue happens with other providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great alternative to DocuSign"
4/5
What do you like best about Box Sign?

Super easy to upload a PDF and create a client agreement template. While on a call with a new client, we can send the signrequest document email with just a couple clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

Have to reload app sometimes so I can grab the right template. I think this may be a browser issue on our end, but overall, works very well and smooth on both macs and pcs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy handling of mass-signing via template links"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Box Sign?

That I can share a link to a template and everybody who clicks on that link can fill out the template. It's super easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

The start page could be more intuitive. I usually don't start by uploading any document. Also, when I share a link to a template I need to put myself in the recipient field and the recipient in the sender field. This is confusing! It would also be nice to be able to export all signed documents at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This service is a great tool to having customers sign documents."
4/5
What do you like best about Box Sign?

I like that you can make templates so you don't have to recreate where to sign every single time. I like that they offer a basic free package and it's not super expensive to use. I like that it shows if they have opened the email or if they haven't seen it. It helps me know who to follow up with. I also like that you can press a button to resent the document again and not have to recreate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

In some ways the service seems more old school and less user friendly, but overall is easy to maneuver. In the past I've had issues with the documents not going out as if they need to sign them. (Mostly when using the free version, which was frustrating since I'm limited to 10 with the free version, but it would use up one of my free ones without it actually going out. I'm not sure why this would happen because I would make sure everything was correct like normal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable alternative"

What do you like best about Box Sign?

I love how simple the platform is. It's very easy to use and understand. There's nothing in platform that your don't need! The price point is perfect as well! I'm glad I did my research and found SignRequest! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

The only thing I wish was different was that it had better boxes when you go to input them into the form. It makes ot harder to make it look even and pretty on the final signed form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Box Sign?

I love the ease of use with the platform. It has really helped our team in the past year with work from home and the issues associated with the pandemic. It has been a huge help for us over the last year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

I wish it was easier to separate the files that you have already signed into a separate category. That is really the only gripe I have with an otherwise great platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
