What do you like best about Box Sign?

SignRequest is simplistic, easy to use and also has a great user interface.

The fact that we can split up the signs into different types of teams makes it absolutely fantastic and flexible, it's super useful for splitting up documents that may need a one-off sign. It also has a template feature which enables people to send pre-filled templates documents.

It's integration with Zapier is probably one of it's best features, you can use it in automated workflows and it makes sending documents super easy.

It also offers the ability to get "signatures" only, so that way, people cannot insert their name as a text and the signature looks more authentic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

Not much, but I would say that the support is a bit difficult to contact as it's not got a defined telephone number and more of a ticketing system, but I rarely need to get in touch with them as the platform is super easy to use and their knowledge base covers a lot of different things. What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

The youtube series on SignRequest covers most basic features, if their is anything more advance or more specific to our needs then I need to work with SignRequest. They have an API feature which enables them to tailor around specific company needs, this is something I've enquired about in the past but not yet used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Box Sign?

It works just as good as docusign. The only thing I would say Is sometimes even when you make the field smaller the text is huge when they fill it in. If they would make the text not as big or an option to actually make it smaller that would be great. Besides that it works just like the other alternatives but it is more affordable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

The only issue I've ever had really is the text being big on the fields. It just looks funny when the form is filled out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Box Sign?

SSO, affordable and easy enough to use. Works well for small team and can zap to cloud storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box Sign?

Wish that it can integrate with other cloud systems so that we can do better contract signing. For example Autotask. Loading templates can be quite challenging at times. And there is a limit on how many parties to sign for the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting forms filled up and then store directly to cloud storage upon signing. This has helped to cut off a lot of paperwork e.g. staff onboarding forms or even with our customers' user setup forms. No one can help you accept support. We needed a refund, they send a credit note, but no refund. 3 months later, and we are still struggling. I ask numerous times to be put in touch with accounts; they just keep telling me payment has been made, but they don't send me proof of payment. Shocking service!! I will not recommend it.
