It's a little more upfront time investment but has saved me countless hours down the road with high tenant turnover per property. **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** Something that would be very helpful would be the ability to edit text on a document and then after it's saved as a template to be able to delete it right away. It seems when you try to fill in some parts of the form with text that needs to be the same in my case(landlord and some rental terms are mostly always the same) that I have to literally send myself a signrequest to even get that text on there. But once the text is on there it stays for good. So an ability to add and remove text to a document quickly. **What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have high tenant turnover...around 10-20 on any given month throughout various properties. Before I was doing contracts by hand and it took me 15-20 minutes to complete one and then meet people in person. Now with the templates it takes me 5-10 minutes per contract. ### 2. It is very easy to use and configure to meet your needs. Formatting your documents is a simple plug and play, very intuitive. Every user in my organization uses SignRequest without any issues and the training only took us 1 day. Incredibly easy! I would not change SignRequest for any other vendor, the quality and price are truly unbeatable. Our clients never have any issues signing documents. **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** The mobile user interface could use an upgrade similar to DocuSign. Many of our clients use their mobile devices for most of their digital usage and SignRequest on mobile is not as easy to work with as its competitors. Also, being able to add and format documents in a mobile device would be very helpful. **Recommendations to others considering Box Sign:** Do a trial period and you will realize signrequest has all the tools and benefits that one would expect from a signature platform. Within a week you will realize the benefits provided and the price tag is very fair. Before our clients would print, sign, scan and email documents to use which would cause a huge delay in our processes. I don't have to run around the whole town delivering and getting signatures from clients, so it does make a lot of difference for my workflow. **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** It doesn't have an iPad application as far as i know, so it is not the best for in person signatures, but works okay trough the browser. **Recommendations to others considering Box Sign:** To be honest for us it was a really easy choice, and it should be one for you too, especially if you are price concious. The platform is easy to use, has great features, and the Slack integration is always a killer feature for teams using Slack. You get notifications about e-mail openings, signings and everything! You really can't go with signrequest, and also the support team is amazing too if you need any help using it! **What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have to run around the city with written contracts, it makes my life so much easier. It almost takes away a whole day sometimes just to get a contract signed, or going to the post office to deliver them, and did I even mention, that how much time it takes for a turnaround using the local post office? ### 4. It is really great to be able to just enter in email address with the document and then be able to send it over to the client or employee for signature. I also really like the fact that you can go back to see the history of all of the documents that the employees in the organization have in process or signed. I think one of the other items that we really enjoy is the ability to see literally at the email viewing, document viewing and even as much as the signature signed. That has been invaluable so we don't have to go about logging in each day to see who has logged in or viewed the documents. **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** Since we are on the free version unfortunately we do not receive the template ability but I could see having 1-2 templates on the free version. For the other paying customers, I'm sure its a very relevant feature. We are hopeful as a start-up to get to the paid version to enjoy the additional features and templates. It would be nice to be able to utilize the teams even for a short period of time but unfortunately requires the paying service which totally makes sense. Again, once we get to the paid service it will really be nice to be able to utilize the teams feature. **What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We typically use SignRequest to sign internal documents, new employee signatures and signing contracts with perspective clients and executing client agreements. We have realized the benefits of keeping existing emails in the database and really has been helpful to avoid re-entering each time. One of the other additional benefits is the ability to sort on the status of existing documents. ### 5. Bugs remained unfixed as of May 2020. **Recommendations to others considering Box Sign:** This solution is not to be considered as it may cause you legal issues in the end. **What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a legal company, we've chose to move to SignRequest and subscribed to their "high-end" plan. The product looked simple but complete, allowing us to use nice functions such as smart fields, sending multiple documents to different signers (...). Yet it quickly appeared that the system is filled with bugs : - 1 time out of 3, your signers will end up receiving a non-executed copy of the documents (!) ; - document's status is bugged in the users' space and doesn't allow to sort by executed / ongoing (...) ; - GoogleDrive connection is broken and will synch only some of your documents (apparently randomly). We've reported those bugs amongst others to the support team, which was very reactive in its answer, but one month after our request, those bugs aren't fixed. I could not recommend least a solution which does so poorly its job. ### 28.
