**What do you like best about Box Shuttle?**

For me ease of use while maintaining the complexity that I need to be able to succeed with a new product.   

**What do you dislike about Box Shuttle?**

At times I was doing just what trained to do by the company itself yet would get stuck and have to get support.  More guidance thru setup would have been nice. 

**Recommendations to others considering Box Shuttle:**

Ease of use as well as a top notch customer support makes this a no brainier   

**What problems is Box Shuttle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of productivity and use of all programs platforms and everything else that I need to slim and grow my section without a large number of people to get the job done.

**What do you like best about Box Shuttle?**

Box provided us with many instructional videos to help get us started. Also, it is very safe and fast compared to other transferring services. 

**What do you dislike about Box Shuttle?**

The features were quite overwhelming for our employees to understand. Although there were plenty of resources, employees could not get the hang of how to transfer content quickly and seamlessly. We ultimately cancelled our enterprise level membership.

**What problems is Box Shuttle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped us move a large amount of old files into our new file server. Useful for encrypted data.
