I find Bowimi really helpful for managing our sales pipeline and tracking interactions with existing customers. It's easy to tag accounts and is specifically built for field sales, making it simple to visualize and group stockists in an area, which helps in optimizing the route. I particularly like the map visualization, category tagging, and the dashboards I can create. I like Bowimi for its ease of use and the multiple functions it offers. The prospecting tool is great for finding new business, and having all our account info tracked in one place is really convenient. We're able to see where our products are stocked and how we can expand our range with them. The transfer order function is a big help for our team to boost sales and orders. There were initial challenges with transitioning from our old CRM to Bowimi, especially with amending personalized versions from the old system to the new. The native reporting needs to improve. Currently you need to externalise it to PowerBI. If PowerBi could integrate to Bowimi where you can have static reporting and more interactive dashboards with reports you can download it will make a massive difference. I like Bowimi's very easy-to-use interface that works on both mobile devices and laptops. It only takes about ten minutes to really get your head around it all. I like how Bowimi is really simple to use. I like the search panel where you can search for accounts that have been surveyed, and you can search accounts by products that are listed.
