BoView is a modern, cloud-based property management system for private landlords and property owners in Sweden. It brings together everything a landlord needs — tenant management, digital rent invoices with OCR numbers, maintenance request handling, tenant communication, and a dedicated mobile portal for tenants — all in one place. Key features: - Digital rent invoices with automatic OCR numbers (compatible with all Swedish banks) - Automatic monthly invoice sending and payment reminders - Maintenance request tracking with staff assignment - Tenant portal (mobile PWA — no app store installation required) - Staff portal for maintenance personnel - Role-based access control - Payment reconciliation via bank CSV import (SEB, Handelsbanken, Swedbank, Nordea) BoView is free for up to 3 units, making it ideal for new and small-scale landlords.
