I've really enjoyed using Bouncer for the past couple of year. The layout of the website is really intuitive to use and easy, and it does a great job of cleaning up lists for my sales campaigns. If you're reaching out to prospects via cold email and want to protect your sender reputation, you really should be using Bouncer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't ever run into any issues with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reliable. Easy to use and understand. Affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's probably 95% accurate. The older your data, the more risky it is to include the categories 'unknown' or 'risky' - whereas with newer data, even the 'risky' category is usually 90% deliverable anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bouncer Email Verification is a solid tool for keeping email lists clean. Its API is easy to hook up, with clear docs that let us integrate it in no time. The score-based system, rating emails from our of 100 instead of just a es/no, gives us a better idea of which addresses might bounce or cause issues, which is a step up from other services. It’s helped cut our bounce rates and made our campaigns more effective. Great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost could be seen as the downside but you get what you pay for. I actually have thousands of credits with another provider for a different service that could be used for email verification but I switched back to Bouncer because I could see Bouncer was giving more accurate results. I use Bouncer since many years now and it is the best option for me. I used a few similar tools and I appreciate the pay per use model and focus on email verification. Other tools cost much more, requires a monthly subscription and tend to include many other features that I don't use. I also like the Copy&Paste option for lists: it's essential but useful. Nothing in particular. Maybe graphics is less eye catching than other platforms but for me is not a problem at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Bouncer is its accuracy and speed — it consistently delivers clean, reliable results without overcomplicating things. The UI is intuitive, support is responsive, and it integrates smoothly into our workflow. It just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
High price sometimes, but still okay for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bouncer do check email inbox and this is very important for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would use it more in other instances where we check e-mail. But the price is a little high and there are other companies where is more cheap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the UI and how simple the tool is. If you have tools like Hubspot integrated or if you just want to upload a list, they are equally easy to accomplish and interpret Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The validated emails are not 100% accurate. Still have several bounces in my files but that is true of every data validation service. The positives out way the negatives Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is great. The answers are personal and above all fast. I usually get an answer within an hour!
They are also always open to developing new integrations with other systems. This makes it especially easy to integrate Bouncer into other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do I like less about bouncer? In principle I can't think of anything, maybe the user interface could use an update. This doesn't really seem out of date. That doesn't mean that the current system isn't easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the speed, the intuitive user interface, and the way the results are grouped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that bothers me is that it's not free for charities and NGOs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
