I love that we can text clients through the system, it makes communicating so much easier! Boulevard is also so user friendly, you can hover over buttons and it will tell you what it does. Everything is organized so well and it's very easy to use even if you can't remember how to do something! I also love you can add client tags that show up as a little picture on their appointment.
