User friendly (very easy to use). It was a very smooth change from our old software. What do you dislike about Boulevard? I don't like that when you check a client that has a discount or has used other payment methods it gives them the total price paid, and it is very confusing. I like that they are constantly making updates and improving its capabilites with the ever changing industry.
