I like that Boulevard is seamless and it's easy for my clients to book as well as myself. I really like all the different options of marketing and think that the email feature is pretty seamless. I also appreciate having the availability to look up anything when I have a problem. I really like the text reminders and the communication between clients. I think it's nice that clients can contact me without using my personal line but through Boulevard. I also really like the calendar that they put out with events, as it serves as a gentle reminder and a better way to market my business. I seem to have a lot of problems with my swipe machine, and although it hasn't been happening lately, figuring that out would be nice. I like the efficient checkout process with Boulevard, especially because my old system couldn't check out multiple stylists at the same time but now with Boulevard, I can. I love that you can have multiple merchant accounts associated with the salon. I also love the marketing side that Boulevard offers. Behind the scenes, they're going after clients that I haven't seen in a while and getting more bookings, which makes me feel like I don't have to work as hard. Boulevard is very user-friendly! It was easy for me to learn how to use the website. I also like that I have access to Boulevard on my phone if I am on the go! I love that everything is under one program, unlike before when we needed separate solutions for waivers, payments, and scheduling. Also, the initial setup was smooth from what I can remember.
