It is enjoyable for me to be able to co-browse with the website visitors. It is helpful being able to show them the processes and take a lot of time going over the details. It enables file uploads of up to 25mb only which is very small for some of design assets or proposals that I would wish to share with clients. I like the flexibility of creating and implementing into different roles of chatbots.
