I personally liked the green and white user-friendly interface of Botspace. With automated bots, it has become possible to send mass whatsapp messages / replies at once in not more than few clicks. I'm working on an university project to sell our products. The communication has to be done on multiple channels including whatsapp. I used Botspace API automation to answer whatsapp replies and send messages as our requirements. Whatsapp has become a hotspot for marketers and BotSpace helps us in enabling interactions over the platform with our learners community. The one obvious limitation is that it is only focused on Whatsapp whereas I believe that it should have more such platforms to enable an umbrella sort of overview.
