The main downsides on the free account, which I am trying as a test before committing to a paid subscription, are two; 1/ when testing your bot, you are using your allocated (and limited) "Messages" limit, and 2/ there doesn't appear to be any way to futher train the bot to correct any inaccuracies given to your website visitors bu the bot. Just like a Botsonic bot that will even tell you, if you're frustrated with it's learning, to just provide more feedback, the entire Botsonic team operates like a continuously learning AI agent. The bot itself provides four ways to train: (1) Upload specifications for training, (2) Enter settings to follow, (3) Interact and explain, and (4) Use the Thumbs-up, Thumbs-down feedback. There are other ways, too, but these seem to be the main four that work for me. With them, I have been able to fine-tune several bots that simulate human emotion.

Like most people, I wish there were more messages available during the training phase. Mine have just run out at a critical moment, so it's looking like I have to either up my plan or wait another six days for my monthly account to recycle.

I've been using it for a couple of days, but I would use it frequently because it is easy to set up and integrate into WordPress. I have been looking at several chatbots to add to our company Extranet which has over 1600 users.. Botsonic was by far the easier to set up and configure without any technical knowledge. It was simply to add to my site with a bit of Javascipt or embedding code.

For content it can add our websites to add content, we can upload document or spreadsheets into the system and add FAQ based on what the users are asking the system.

We are using the chatbot to answer questions on a wide range of topics and this has replaced our knowledge hubs that we previously used.
