The support takes forever if it gets responded to. For a paying customer would like to have seen more rapid responses. Passing variables to the bot to personalize the user experience seems to be an issue and custom development thereof is pricey. Would like to have seen more UX customization options. One of the things that really stood out about Botsonic was the ability for the bot to learn from the information you feed it, and it genuinely learns over time. The ease of use has been amazing. We have been able to monitor conversations that users have had with the bot over time and then adapt the instructions we've fed it. I have tried several other chatbot services, but they failed to answer the right questions about our product. Even I have tried various data formats to train the bot - all failed.. the score was below 60%. Botsonic's results were very smooth, the score was around 95%, only one question was failed - and that was because the question itself was not clear enough. When I use URLs to provide data to train the bot - it looks like the extracted data is not very good (two or more product info is mixed up). Hopefully they can fix it as soon as possible.
