One of the things that really stood out about Botsonic was the ability for the bot to learn from the information you feed it, and it genuinely learns over time. The ease of use has been amazing. We have been able to monitor conversations that users have had with the bot over time and then adapt the instructions we've fed it. The only thing I wish the bot had the ability to do is to include customised buttons, or logical jumps based on specific responses. I have tried several other chatbot services, but they failed to answer the right questions about our product. Even I have tried various data formats to train the bot - all failed.. the score was below 60%. Botsonic's results were very smooth, the score was around 95%, only one question was failed - and that was because the question itself was not clear enough.
