It was very easy to implement. Integration was simple albeit some features we wanted, which most corporate users will require for day-to-day usage, will cost too much to develop. It's an easy-to-use, flexible, and cool bot! **What do you dislike about Botsonic?** The support takes forever if it gets responded to. For a paying customer would like to have seen more rapid responses. Passing variables to the bot to personalize the user experience seems to be an issue and custom development thereof is pricey. Would like to have seen more UX customization options. I have logged several queries for answers as far back as Oct 2023 and have still not had any responses mid Jan 2024.
