Botsmith is a self-serve AI customer-support chatbot for small-business websites. Enter your website URL and Botsmith crawls your public pages into a private knowledge base. It then answers visitor questions 24/7 using only that content, and when it is not sure, it says so instead of guessing. Add it to your site with one line of script. It works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and custom sites. You can also share a chat link and QR code. When visitors leave their name, phone or email, the lead is emailed to you. Questions the bot could not answer are collected in your dashboard. Answer one once and the bot uses your answer next time. It replies in the visitor's language, and it can also handle WeChat Official Account auto-replies. Plans: 14-day free trial (200 messages, no card), then Starter US$19/month or Pro US$49/month.
