Setting and executing a communication strategy is complex - even with a chatbot. I value how easy it is to create a chatbot with Botsify. From the moment you log in, Botsify walks you through the features. Also, Botsify has a fantastic video training library inside the app as well as a YouTube channel with additional helpful videos.

2. It take some time to figuring out its integration with facebook messenger but then it work pretty well.

3. One more thing I liked about Botsify is they assign dedicated customer relations manager from whom you can enquire anything.

2. Not that much popular so user base is small.
