I particularly value their excellent customer support, which ensures any issues are resolved promptly and with care. We work in the aftermarket solutions to heavy equipments and it helps us a lot that we can share cards with images so that the client can see the parts before they buy them to determine whether it is what they are looking for or not. The AI chatbot can learn from my custom data and can address queries through multiple channels. It was easy to set up and got it running within an hour. Very few times I did see latency issues but it didn't impact the user experience as such. The results could be a little faster and the development UI can be a little better. Setting and executing a communication strategy is complex - even with a chatbot. I value how easy it is to create a chatbot with Botsify. From the moment you log in, Botsify walks you through the features. Also, Botsify has a fantastic video training library inside the app as well as a YouTube channel with additional helpful videos. The builder enables you to upload a logo and change your own colors very easily. There is a live test button that takes you to your bot to see the immediate changes. There is a marginal learning curve, but the team has done their best to create a robust training library to help with this. I think Botsify is relatively intuitive. Funneling consistent questions to the appropriate resource pages within my site is a breeze. Also, the lead generation capabilities of a chatbot are essential to my business.
