What I liked best about Botpress was how easy it was to design conversations using the visual flow builder. It didn’t require deep coding knowledge, but still gave flexibility when customization was needed. I also liked that it connected with multiple channels like websites, Slack, or WhatsApp without too much extra work. The AI features, combined with rule-based flows, made it possible to handle both simple FAQs and more complex conversations effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There wasn’t much to dislike, but in the beginning there was a small learning curve—especially when setting up advanced integrations. Some of the documentation felt too high-level at that time. However, once I got familiar with the platform, these challenges turned into strengths because of the flexibility it offered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
