As a developer, I understand both sides of the coin per say: the side that understands the underlying mechanics of a system and the side that can only see the interface or the "face of the coin" of which Botpress takes into account both the experienced and non experienced user. When I initially started using Botpress, I had no prior knowledge of AI or chatbot integration, I just presumed AI required A LOT of if statements and complex algorithms... which in some cases it does of course but not to build a Botpress BOT:). I had been able to execute API calls through the execute code card (JS). This allowed me to create highly customizable chatbots that go beyond simple Q&A bots. The automation capabilities are robust, allowing for complex workflows, which makes scaling customer interactions seamless. I would also say that it goes far beyond that just a "chatbot builder" because it's at the core of some of my workflows. Overall Botpress is an absolutely great tool ! **What do you dislike about Botpress?** Here are few things I didn't liked. 1) If I want to quickly share one of my creations, without embedding it with code, the Webchat link view is full of "botpress" mentions, somewhat useless. 2) Some of the documentations are outdated, considering the updates. Same for the youtube videos.
