The 2nd and the most important feature of botpress is it's AI integration in fast and feasible way. I have used many other bot platforms but Integration of AI and LLMs here in Botpress is unmatchable. Although a lot of things need to be improved like processing time, yet as a day to day user, I highly recommend this. Other important things, the developers team at Botpress is integrating new tools to the platform on daily basis. With every passing day, new AI automation tools and agents are coming and Botpress is a champion in integrating all these. Botpress has limited its functionalities for free-tier users which I think is an issue for the new builders. However, if we think from their angle, they are right, they have to manage all the LLMs, APIs and integration, and eventually, everything has a cost associated with it.
