Learning the necessary tools of the software is made easy by this along with the supporting tutorials and documentaion. Translator agent has been quite helpful as most users of my bot are either Kannada or Telgu speaking. Ideas are easy to visualise and implement in the workspace. The integration with whatsapp was quick although more documentation, example and advanced use-cases can be added to the tutorials for reference. I haven't reached out to the Customer support as such for my queries but plan to in the future if necessary although the discord channel is helpful in resolving most of the queries. I have been using botpress almost 5 days a week since last month and it has been a non infuriating experience which I appreciate. **What do you dislike about Botpress?** I believe the reference material on how to use the 'AI' buttons is limited which makes it difficult to train the AI model for appropriate responses. Would like it if while adding files/webpages etc., to the Knowledge Base, we can add some instructions on how to read, understand and use the files to respond to specific queries. I feel a lack of transparency when it comes to understanding of the working of the NLU and would appreciate more insights on it. Also, one of my bot was forever stuck at not getting published and I wasn't able to resolve it untill I exported that bot and imprted it to a newer one. **What problems is Botpress solving and how is that benefiting you?** - The 5000 table limit large enough for me to be able to run pilots and experiments with the user and gain insights into what the final version of Bot should include. So it is helping with reasearch and experimentation besides getting user feedback and their most common queries while also providing a tiny storage making it cost-effective. - It is helping me build a better brand and expand my content outreach. - It is also enabling me to make a bot that is capable of solving user-queries that do not require human intervention. ### 50. Helps employees to access information, and projects related information for faster collaboration. Deliver interactive training modules to employees offering simulations and other learning resources to help them to acquire new skills sets and improve productivity.
