BotPM is the AI Project Manager that manages end-to-end project delivery across Jira, Slack, Microsoft 365, and 50+ enterprise tools. It autonomously handles routine project work — status updates, scheduling, risk tracking, reporting, and system updates — while escalating only what requires human attention. All actions run under clear policy controls with full auditability. Unlike traditional project management tools or AI assistants that only analyze or recommend, BotPM executes the work itself. This allows delivery teams to run more concurrent projects without adding headcount. Key outcomes: $400k–$750k total annual value creation per 10 PMs ~8.8 hours reclaimed per PM per week 2.2 additional PM capacity without hiring Payback in under one quarter BotPM operates in progressive autonomy modes (Assist → Operate → Lead) so teams can start safely and expand control as trust grows
