Recently, we made an update to our platform with the introduction of a feature called Bot Designer. It aims to facilitate the visualization of flows and decision points, with specific boxes for different types of action and/or media.

If you have a dedicated account manager, we advise you to contact them so they can explain this functionality in more depth and how it is possible to migrate to this type of flow. You can also access our Help Center and search for the term Bot Designer or ask for guidance from our Support team.
