It is intuitive. It adapts very well to our needs. It allows expanding what one seeks beyond what we expected. And the price is very reasonable considering what is offered.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

Perhaps the manuals offered for setting up the page could be a bit better. They are not bad, but it's hard to understand some steps and other times there are details that are not mentioned.

**What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a WhatsApp support platform that is multi-agent and easy to use. The biggest benefit or added value is the bot. It solves many problems of manual data entry.

**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

It's pretty intuitive to use.
We can connect to multiple Apps, not only WhatsApp or Messenger. But Google Business, Telegram, Teams.
The bot building itself is accessible if you know the basics of programming, for me, it's a 100% NoCode tool.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

Native integration with other apps like Google Sheets is lacking, like Airtable or even Zapier to have more advanced automation tools.
Also, the reporting dashboard has many opportunities, but you can contact your KAM, and you can have access to the needed data quickly.

**What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm creating a tool to directly interact with low income store owners and increase Key metrics for the organization through WhatsApp

The response to complaints is slow and can only be done via WhatsApp, and if WhatsApp isn't working, we don't know what's happening.

They are constantly evolving on the platform and it is perceived as one of the latest tools on the market. Flows are easily created and the platform is very intuitive.

There is not a wide learning library on the platform (or sometimes it is complicated to find), it would be good to work more on it to make the most of the license; and there are opportunities in the reports, as they require extra processing.

The design of intentions is very good, the flow manager allows directing different processes in a simple way and adding variants to the triggers is easy.

The documentation is scarce, working with special scenarios is very complicated, and the approval of multimedia templates becomes a tedious process as it depends on the botmaker team.

What I like the most is that they have support through the website and through WhatsApp.

Support emails are not answered (even though they tell you they will respond in 24 hours), that's why I always go through WhatsApp.

I have implemented all kinds of automations with Botmaker. It interacts perfectly with our transactional system and it's also very easy to use its API to consume web services.

The tool is very flexible, it has a lot of options. You can create complex workflows, and it has the option to add Node js code, the possibilities of customization are great.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

It hasn't had a flow editor, you need to create your flow in a separate tool and then create the triggers and actions in the tool. There is no graphic view of the flow in the tool. If you are a developer, it will be easy to learn, if not it could be a bit complicated.

It is great to answer repetitive questions and also to answer manual questions with several Agents.

The platform is quite versatile for your answering platform and automation. 
The API and code execution options are OK to expand your bot capabilities.
Alongside that, the documentation is clean, and the support is always ready and well equipped to help everybody along the way.

The UI could be even more intuitive, but I see they are actively working on that. Also, there could be more freedom to integrate with other software and services.

It's a "software as a service". You may feel hostage to it, but it's a good solution.
