Sounds are often thunderous and extended for no apparent reason. I would also like to have a dark mode; after all, this software is purely for development and customer service, which can be very extensive and hard on the eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's straightforward to use; there's not a lot of training required to access the reports and understand their use.
