What do you like best about Botmaker?

What do you like best about Botmaker?

I like how easy is to use it. It has different tools to make sure you can keep the agents, chats, parametres, everything in order. I only used it for 2 months, but with a 1 hour talk with the support team, I learnt eveything I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Botmaker?

I think probably the wording they use. Some terms are not so user friendly and it makes difficult to make sure we are all talking about the same. Also, maybe they could improve the categories in the lateral menu. Also, I would improve the statics tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it isn't easy to find some advanced functions to customize the Bot. However, they're making changes in this area, changing the GUI and adding search capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?

During the pandemic, it helped us reach our users as fast as possible with the most used messaging platform in our area, Whatsapp. Also, while adding functionalities to the Bot, we can give other options to our users.
