from reports, dashboards, the option to add stickers, and the creation of custom templates, the chats are very visible and educational.

The validation of Facebook to approve the templates, and the delay in integrating the templates with another platform, in our case the sales machine.

Opening a ticket is super fast and resolutive, the support is comprehensive and explanatory.

Configuring the tools to adapt to internal needs is a bit confusing, and the support team takes a long time to provide assistance and solutions. It provides very variable metrics, and it is very complex to analyze them. It does not allow for quick individual responses, only general ones.

The botmaker is very similar to the WhatsApp on the phone, it includes stickers and emoticons. And this helps a lot in the day-to-day with the customer and with the quality of service.

Sometimes, it crashes a lot and becomes slow, taking a long time to drop conversations and clients. Since we have a response time, it ends up impacting our service. However, it rarely happens.

As I mentioned above, I believe it is the slowness. Lately, there has been much less than before. There are few disadvantages when it comes to errors in the botmaker. Despite serving several customers daily.

The ease with which different projects can be created and the reach it can have for clients.

The support provided by the executives or the company's back office is very slow. Although there is a lot of information about the platform, when something additional is required, the best solution is not found online, and that's where there should be better support.

It would be good for the account executives to be closer to the clients. Although I have no problem with raising tickets and following up, when trying to find time with the executive, they are not available.

The configuration of actions is very easy to do, no prior programming knowledge is required. Of course, there are other options that, using something very basic or very advanced in programming, can be done to maximize the bot's interaction with end users. It has many integration options with CRMs and Google Sheets that facilitate the creation of whatever one can imagine.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

I have experienced technical issues for 2 weeks and the support is unclear about the causes. Considering that improvements are included all the time, improvements can be made regarding the configurator, the size of the action display to facilitate the order of steps within the intentions. The description of the many variables included in the tool can also be expanded, as well as the detailed description of the functioning of each available action, which is also extensive.

They must designate a full-time person so that the bot has the language and adapts to the brand identity 100% by analyzing user interaction with the services the organization offers.

Many, reduce interaction with humans to provide personalized attention 24 hours a day. Create a credit simulator so that users do not leave the channel. Have detailed information on the most used words to create and/or improve the bot's conversation. Integrate with the CRM so that users can check the progress of their requests, etc.

The reports with performance of attendants need to be exported to excel or similar, for proper report generation. We do not create these reports.

The easy way in the configuration is great for the new user. And the technical support is excellent, the best platform for chatbots. My job's partners love it so much.

It would be better if support were faster in responding to technical emergencies on weekends. A weekend on-call service for that would be good to finish.

The ease of connecting multiple channels with the bot. The intents (bot actions) are very easy to configure. Additionally, the interface is very user-friendly. The handling of custom code and variables is also very good.

The shortcoming I find in Botmaker is that I don't see a way to view a complete map of the bot. Let's say, I have no way to see a conceptual map of all the bot's actions, which often causes me to get lost along the way. I hope that future versions will include a conceptual map.

The biggest benefits are found in the ability to channel all channels into a single medium. Another great advantage I see that has helped is the use of service queues.

After they saw the evidence they sent the ticket and in 24 they fixed the problem, it was very fast

Maybe I did not make myself understood when I contacted support, but I think there should be a question guide to distinguish between a user error and a system bug

I recommend that you read the documentation well, learn Node js and anything that you do not understand after reading the documentation, contact support or request training since the platform has a lot of potential

The platform for users is considerably simple. The insertion of new channels is fast and includes the big players in the region such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

The bot setup platform can be cumbersome and confusing.
The service has grown so fast that sometimes the documentation is not up to date and the transition from being a potential customer to post-sale service is quite traumatizing.

We needed a platform that could centralize our service channels and Botmaker was an ideal place.
The multibot function allows us to customize the communication by channels (which is greatly appreciated) and although its AI needs polishing it is a great help.
Performance reports have allowed us to monitor and improve customer service times. And the integration with our CRM has also enhanced communication capabilities.

The practicality of setting up the bot and the thousands of functions that adapt to each need. We use the platform with WhatsApp, Facebook, and the website.

The only thing I dislike are the sudden drops (although they are of short duration). We realize it because the collaborators report that messages are not arriving.

Keep in mind for the projects, as it is a platform that has a solution for EVERYTHING. Everything is thought out and executed. Additionally, the support always responds with the necessary solutions. Very versatile.

Its simple interface makes the process of bot making very smooth and quick. The guides they provide make the process quicker! I am but a humble novice in the art of making chatbots, but my progress ramped up to eleven with this platform, and I am on my 5th successful bot!

The interface doesn't look so good on mobile phones, but from what I have seen, they are working on making it more mobile-friendly.

Do it. It's very helpful and easy to use. I am not regretting my choice!

How intuitive it is when generating intentions. That it can be implemented on various messaging platforms. I use WhatsApp, Teams. It is much simpler to use and more complete.

That the code actions can be in another language besides Node.js. Not being able to define constants for the code actions and not allowing interaction between more than one code action with each other.

Botmaker is a very powerful tool for creating chatbots. Since I started working on this topic, I have seen many platforms, but none like this one. It is very easy to use, and it also allows for the creation of the dialogue flow in a very intuitive and dynamic way. The language processing system is very good, and it helps to extend the functionalities of the chatbot.

The platform for testing the bot is not one of the best, I always find myself having to refresh the page to start over from scratch. Another thing that needs more development is the thematic guide, it needs to be a bit better explained, with more examples.

When starting the tool and creating the flow, the tool is not too intuitive, causing difficulties to understand how to carry out the intentions and connect them.

They should increase the possible tools with which they can be integrated, such as CMR, API, storage platforms. They should also improve the user experience to facilitate and make the way to create and integrate the intentions and flows is more intuitive.
