I like the lightness of the platform, and how its appearance is simple and objective.

I work with online sales, and the format of the tool helps me to better track my clients, as it is practical, I've never had issues with chats disappearing, and it is quite functional for my work format.

From the practicality of using the app, with practicality. Its design is very unique in helping us locate all the necessary information, perfect.

Regarding the layout, it could be more modern with more visible bars. I believe it could be separated by colors or a layout that clearly highlights the main information of its use.

Quality in agility, I believe that the fact it doesn't lag and messages are sent immediately helps us achieve excellent performance during service.

**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

The layout of the tool is perfect, the functionalities, the forwarding options, storage of ready-made phrases, sending of audios, images, etc... simply the best.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

Sometimes, when trying to search the history of a conversation, the botmaker doesn't pull/doesn't locate it. Then, we have to send a 'bot' to the client, so that the conversation appears.

today we can identify who initiated the transfer, monitor the experts who are online, and get real-time updated reports. Simply, very good!!!!

The ease of editing and using the tools we have available, many functionalities to adapt to the type of business we are working with (patient care)

The attention from support and administration for making payments, on several occasions we ourselves found the solution and unfortunately the botmaker team did not.

**What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Massive attention to orthodontic patients. We enable them to schedule their own appointments and resolve their own inquiries without the need to speak with a representative.

Register the conversations with clients, track the service time, download the conversations to later provide feedback to the attendant. Monitor online by the leader.

That we cannot download a report of all the services performed, that the support is very slow in solving day-to-day problems, that we can only register one template.

Approach with the client, you can talk to several clients at the same time and we gain time and agility and resolutions for the client, we don't need to wait as if it were a call to attend.

Organization of chats, speed of message sending, photos, documents, and audio. Ability to check clients from previous days, so a new attention message is not necessary.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

Small interruptions during service end up disrupting conversations. When sending the audio to the client, the message "Forwarded" appears, causing distrust.

There are no issues regarding the matter, just continue with the good work being done and improve the communication of the people responsible for support. Overall, the API benefits my business.

**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

The way we talk is very intuitive, very easy to handle. Being able to send emojis is very practical. It is a very good chat platform. I love all. We can send files, audio. Perfect platform.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

So far the platform has been very effective. Sometimes it has a bug, referring to sending templates, we end a conversation, however, this conversation goes back to the same service again.

**What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is verifying some errors that it presents from time to time. The benefits are many, practicality, speed, very intuitive, very easy to handle. Sending stickers is really cool, our customers like this humanized conversation. This makes our customers feel good in a very practical conversation.

**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

Flexibility to configure the bot, configure service queues, actions, variables, agents and their roles, and much more. For example, you can create a simple bot, which allows you to refer to different locations or topics, and you can also develop a very advanced bot, which allows you to solve and take real actions with users, integrating with different systems through the Botmaker API.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

There is a lot of documentation, however, there are very specific topics that are not documented yet (or it is not always easy to find them). Likewise, the support team will always be there to answer specific questions.

**What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can manage thousands of daily conversations with our patients, attended by more than 50 agents, all with a single WhatsApp number. In turn, we can automatically send medical reports, confirm hundreds of appointments, process Mercado Pago payments, etc.

The ease with the client's registration information, data, practicality which already have some phraseologies, we can insert emojis, gifs, information about who is speaking with the client, in this case the analyst, ready-made messages.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

When it freezes and duplicates the messages, it keeps processing the information and doesn't send, or when the client's registration doesn't arrive, however, it could be a problem with the company's system or another analyst with the client.

As mentioned in topic 1, the client's registration information, data, and practicality, which already have some phraseologies, we can insert emojis, gifs, information about who is speaking with the client, in this case, the analyst, and ready-made messages.

The notepad for recording contact with the person is very efficient, in addition to the events that are recorded with each movement made in the slot. The similarity with the WhatsApp tool is very good.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

I don't like the robotic interruption that causes us to lose the chat that is in progress. The fact that it doesn't show where a chat that has ongoing support went, but was pulled by another user.

Currently, conversations no longer disappear suddenly, and this has greatly helped us maintain contact with our clients and, consequently, they do not lose confidence in the service.

It's a very dynamic platform, whatever you need or whatever you want to do, yo can do It.
The integration with external platforms as CRM, ESB, Etc also was really easy.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

I think that the only "issue" that we find by now is how the platform distributes the conversations. It's not something that you can't do but it's a little bit difficult to manage if you have a large operation.

We have some needs that we know Botmaker is attending to develope in the short term, as the Voice Calls, the Linkedin integration and some issues on the Email channel.

The fact that the productive environment cannot be well separated from the testing environment. I would like that if I start a flow from 0 I don't have to modify the existing flow. I would like it to be completely separate.

creation of templates, interaction with SLTOs, quick access to the client's WhatsApp, quick assignment to operators, quick response from support, easy access to the platform.

Bugs in the system, generally the system crashes and this impacts the process of returning to the slots, conversations that disappear when we are dealing directly with the client.

It is easy to use, anyone can actually create their own bot because it basically works as a drag and drop platform and it also provides a lot of functionality.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

Documentation is not the best, for certain topics they lack examples or actually a clear explanation of how to do what you want. For example, how to read data from a spreadsheet, that documentation is not clear enough. Also, some functionalities are limited, it would be great to be able to have dynamic buttons in WhatsApp.

There's a lack of documentation and examples on how to use certain features. It's been months that I've been trying to create support tickets and always get the same message that the ticket failed to create.

**What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are some limitations like having dynamic buttons or documentation not being the best. The trainings explain a really small part of all the botmaker functionality so it would be great to have an even more advanced training. For the benefits, it is really easy to use, you can basically have your bot up and ready in a matter of days.

What I like most about Bot is the wide variety of possible configurations. The adaptability it has to needs.

It does not have native integration with CRM (Salesforce)

It allows me to adapt the service to my schedule and it is very easy to modify the settings. Additionally, I achieve a very comprehensive and dynamic IVR with bot service.

So far, I don't have anything that I can say I don't like. I just think there should be an easier way to separate the Receptive from the Active.

Ease in conversation, sending messages, verify if the contact received the message or if the number is valid for receiving messages via WhatsApp, send and listen to audios.

I don't see any disadvantage in using the platform, but I believe there are features that could help a lot, such as the use of calls via WhatsApp or Messenger.

Telephone communication problems, as often our clients do not answer, and contact via chat makes it much easier, both for us as a company and for our clients.

**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

They always attend to us with a good disposition when we have doubts or concerns and generally respond quickly. We only use the WhatsApp API and as partners.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

Some things are messy, I end up communicating via WhatsApp because sometimes emails go back and forth and responses get lost. I would like some things not to require human conversations but to be clearer on the platform, for example, we are partners and we have no idea how they are going to bill the clients we register, they told us one thing and now that we have registered our first client it is different from what they told us, we are a bit confused. I would like more clarity, when we did the integration the same thing happened, until we had a call with someone from technical support, the documentation was not clear or sufficient to understand what was happening.

We use the API for our product, so I would like our customers not to have access to billing or other parts of the Botmaker platform.

Their API required a lot of testing to be understood, as the documentation leaves a bit to be desired, and they have already made changes to the API that affected our services without any prior notice or API versioning.

The startup package has 10 agents included, unlimited BOTs and all the integrations (FB, Inst, Whatsapp, Web, email, etc) included.
Easy to configure, once you understand the basics
Nice integrations with local tools is possible with API

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

There is no option to try out the service prior and compare with your existing tool.
Sometimes the AI in the BOTs respond to much, you really need to fine tune the trigger words.
The support team sometimes is late to respond (on the rare occasion you need support with the tool)

An integrated customer service platform that covers all the channels effectively for the consumers with a unified console for the representative.
Improve the response time with BOTs and with a natural pass to human when required.
