What do you like best about Botmaker?

What do you dislike about Botmaker?

Maybe pricing? I mean, my company pays for it but I've heard that sometimes it can be quite expensive when we require advanced features or higher volumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are and e-commerce that provides beverages to different kind of local stores here in Mexico. Our customers can purchase products to fill their inventory at their stores and sell to their own clients. With our chatbot it's very easy for them to choose what they want, whenever they want and get every detail of the delivery process at hand.
