**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

What I like the most is its practicality, especially with the reports and also with the information that is available to me, making it easier to track chats and results. I also like the practicality of the initial tabs; its design is very clean and organized.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

One of the points that bothers me the most today in the tool is the lack of an option to delete a wrongly sent message, sometimes this ends up impacting our customer's experience a bit. Also, when we send an audio, it appears as if it were a forwarded file, which makes the clients we serve distrust the processes. Perhaps updating it so that it appears as a sent audio would help a lot.

**What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Botmaker helps us with direct communication with our customers, which makes our products reach our customers much faster and further facilitates the experience we provide. This would not be possible without the daily help of Botmaker, which also enhances the experience of our employees who use the tool daily.

**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

It is good because it has the possibility of sending stickers, gifs, sending audios, and it has almost all the functionalities of the standard WhatsApp. Some other chat platforms do not offer the possibility of sending audios, and for me, this option is important because many clients only understand better what is being explained if we complement it with an audio, so it is quite important.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

At times, there is a delay in loading messages, and the messages we save on the platform itself cannot be pulled for all contacts/clients. It also bothers me not to have the option to delete a message already sent, as it may happen that we send it incorrectly to a contact, and having the option to delete it like the standard WhatsApp if the person hasn't seen it yet would be very good, a real lifesaver.

**What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I noticed that was resolved was to keep at the top the clients who just spoke, there are also colors that make it possible to measure how long ago the last message was sent, and now it accurately times the duration since the last message. It is possible to see how long the client has been waiting for a response or if they haven't replied yet, without needing to enter the message.

The support was very helpful in setting up the tool and with initial, intermediate, and advanced questions. Over time, the support left a bit to be desired.

There are some important tutorials missing for the best experience for intermediate/advanced users, closer support and after-sales follow-up, which I consider very relevant when acquiring a tool that is not cheap and is robust.

**Recommendations to others considering Botmaker:**

The tool is very good, very comprehensive, and this is an important positive point. The only detail is that, to configure the platform and take advantage of all its benefits, despite being intuitive, it requires someone with a good understanding of logic to comprehend its entire functioning. For our company, which is small, it was possible to negotiate and secure a plan that fit within our budget.

What I like most about the application is that the customer receives end-to-end service, the chat is only ended after it is complete. 
The botmaker is well ahead of the competition, being a reference product in the market

The chat was a little if the flow of customers was very intense. The application is not so intuitive when making the settings. I would like improvements in the system settings, where the user can perform this service without needing help from support

The botmaker is an easy-to-use service and a great option for customer services. It is excellent for directing the conversation to a specific team or person. Overall, I believe it is the most complete service for WhatsApp support.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

In my view, the only downside is the instability of the service, as there are days when the service becomes very heavy and ends up causing slowness. Even though these are atypical cases, this is an area for improvement. That's why I didn't give the maximum rating in the evaluation.

I work at a financial company where the flow of customers is enormous. Thanks to Botmaker, specific queues were created where it is possible to provide service in the corresponding sector, thus improving the quality of service.

The easy access to the platform and the lightweight usability greatly assist in handling and customer service in a quick and uncomplicated manner. The appearance also catches my attention as it closely resembles a real cell phone.

Sometimes we become very idle waiting for the client to return, or things like that. What I don't like very much is the fact that the audios are not very similar to those on WhatsApp. It's as if you are sending an audio recorded from another chat. It doesn't seem like an audio recorded in real time.

Facilitated service with constant agility. We have always suffered from the poor quality of services provided by other places, and the bootmaker is revolutionizing and helping companies in this regard.

I like the structuring of intentions, as it is programmed in a type of graphical pseudocode that allows those not initiated in programming to create complex sequences, and at the same time, those who do know can significantly enhance the bot.

I think the visualization of the intention tree can be improved, having the possibility to create subfolders within folders without having to drag them, and also the possibility to generate a sequence of steps within the intentions that can be copied to other intentions.

Accessibility can be used from any device and is very intuitive to use each of its tools. Therefore, it is easy to use for workers with little experience.

Some data does not appear with the correct timing of the interventions, which affects the punctual measurement of employee metrics. Sometimes, in one section of the tool, different information appears in another section when searched with the same parameters.

our close relation with our point of contact, their willingness to offer new and better solutions, the ease of integration with different platforms and that there is on language barrier, since everyone speaks spanish...

reports need upgrades, as well as the ability to download your raw interaction data from the start of your operation. We've been with Botmaker for three years and we are still unable to recover our data from past years because of this restriction.

Botmaker is offering personalized customer service and support for our financial products/services... with WhatsApp assistance embedded to our platform, assistance is just a tap away and automated responses from our bot handle our most frequently asked questions.

It is an excellent work tool, among the positive points. The ability to send in bulk and have multiple slots available makes the tool quite interesting.

One of the things I think could be improved is the issue of closing tabs en masse. Unfortunately, in the current model, we need to close them one by one, but if there were a model to select only those we want to keep open and close the others, it would be quite interesting.

At the moment, it was just the issue of shots not being fired. But it has already been done. I consider that since it has already been carried out, there is nothing currently preventing me from working.

Helpful features and a clean interface. It's straightforward to use, and it works fine. As said before, sometimes there are a few bugs, but generally, it's a pretty good platform.

Sometimes the chats don't appear on the screen, it's necessary to use the search bar to find a conversation with a new message or refresh the page. Another problem is that the stickers don't load, but it doesn't occur a lot.

The botmaker helps chat with the clientes and has many features similar to the Whatsapp, and still adds some other very useful features! It has increased the performance of my business

The way conversations are distributed and how we can change their quantity, in addition to the use of stickers and images, is great for interactivity with the customer. I also like the possibility of sending audio messages as it further enhances the connection.

Some bugs after the closure of conversations, which reappear when a customer leaves a review after the conversation has been closed, generating a new conversation.

More objective communication with clients, since we started using botmaker our communication has improved a lot, the interactions are more "human". Thus, the level of quality has increased significantly.

The main positive characteristic of Botmaker is its adaptability; it took us very little time to start using it and to transform the original platform to adapt it to our needs.

The same adaptability that we saw as positive has a downside; when working without the proper support from developers, errors occur that are later easy to resolve but should be avoidable.

From the organization of the list of conversations. Many times the order of arrival of the conversation is compromised by the message received from the user, and this is a problem for commercial use when we need agility and shorter customer service time.

it is very easy to use, I have nothing to complain about, I like the convenience with which the messages arrive and the speed with which the client receives a response, with this we have a faster workflow.

The most useful thing is that non-developers can actually do stuff and use this tool well, helping every user along the way. Its ease of use is the most attractive quality of the software.

It's graphic interface was a downside, but they changed it adding a big update and now it's working great. Making some developer documentation available would benefit advanced users a lot.

Some tutorials are a bit outdated and sometimes the interface seemed a bit unintuitive to me, but with a bit of practice or with hours of training, it can be resolved.

The platform is very comprehensive and can be adapted to the needs of each client. They are always innovating and integrating new features that can be implemented in customer service channels like WhatsApp, such as the inclusion of video calls to improve direct interaction between the agent and the user. It allows redirecting each conversation to different service queues, which is very helpful when managing to whom the client should be assigned if necessary, without needing a supervisor operator to handle such distribution. The support responds quickly to questions and resolves them as soon as possible. It offers personalized training hours that focus on the specific doubts of the administrator, which helps to skip unnecessary practice hours that tutorials usually have and allows focusing on the functions that need to be addressed specifically.

The queues need to be more detailed, we need TMA/TME information to be more directed to the customer and not to the queue they are in, we need to have the information well detailed.

Lack of connectivity with other tools, frequently goes offline. Delays in sending messages, was in status change, no permission to delete or edit messages.
