Due to the high demand for services, the service needs to be quick, but the platform sometimes has some bugs that hinder the service and end up making the work difficult.

The Bot is an excellent channel for communication with the customer, where it has been helping the commercial area to organize communication and sales in one place. We can follow all the service interactions online, thus making management more productive.

Unable to separate by team to facilitate visualization. It seems like the entire commercial team but not by teams. Assisting in the development of the commercial team. Improve the client tab.

I like the practicality of Botmaker in forwarding messages to leads and the ease with which we see the messages and chat start times. Botmaker is essential for my work.

The biggest disadvantage is that to view messages, we have to open several tabs, and for beginners, it becomes confusing. But for those who have been using it for a while and search a lot, they can find it. It could be a bit easier for my team.

Botmaker manage the conversations, and see the status of each client, we can monitor all our employees attending to our clients in real time, I really like the dashboards.

we believe that Botmaker could have a more intuitive graphical interface, and also have a desktop application. I have never checked, but I believe there could be intervention from the manager in the conversation if the employee is not handling the service very well.

Now, a negative point of BOTMAKER is that the conversation ends in 24 hours, and you have to wait for the person to respond to be able to restart the conversation, which is not good.

In botmaker, we can have control over the messages sent by the company's employees, monitoring and supervising the service. Create and edit users according to each employee's role.

The fact that it is not possible to make a more detailed export of the conversations, specifying which user was being attended to, should have a better visualization in the exports, like in Excel for example.

Without the botmaker, we used to send messages on WhatsApp one by one; the platform enabled mass sending of messages to clients periodically.

The bot flow works very well and we don't have any issues with slowness, as we had on other platforms.

Support is quite complicated, they take a long time to respond and we don't have account manager follow-up.

An excellent tool for keeping contact and bringing human interaction to new heights, best for governments and corporations looking to help customers/neighbors as best as possible.

Sounds are often thunderous and extended for no apparent reason. I would also like to have a dark mode; after all, this software is purely for development and customer service, which can be very extensive and hard on the eyes.

Automating responses and service to customers that otherwise would require excessive amounts of human time and resources, also keeping it all consistent, fast and complete.

Filters are simple; the overall interface is amicable.

Regarding the date filter, it would be nice to have more preference settings to search for many days in a specific time range without changing the day. That would save a lot of time!

It works well, is intuitive and generally fast. It has many useful tools to make the most of the bot. Among its competitors, I think it is the most efficient.

In situations, it becomes slow. I think it's a matter of us using one of the largest bots that exist and maybe that's causing it. This issue could be reviewed.

The only think I don't like is they do not report the changes they make to the platform. Oneself learns about the modifications after the changes are made. Something uncomfortable is the lack of integration of the old platform with the new one.

Thanks to the new design and use of colors, the design of a new bot is much more visually comfortable and tidy. It allows you to see the relationships between the elements in an easier way.

Boti, as the world's first chatbot of a government, needed the most dynamic team on both sides (client and partner). BM Platform knew how to adapt to almost all our needs on this path.

Sometimes we do not know or are not notified of the updates made by the platform, or we suffer consequences of modifications beyond our control. We ask for rolling back several times due to this.

I like the autonomy that the platform provides, such as managing schedules and users who use the platform, in addition to key texts that unlock longer texts.

The reports from Botmaker are imprecise and confusing, making it so that I don't have an exact number of information when generating the files in Excel. There is a lack of a more detailed view in the reports.

**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

We have been using the Botmaker platform for over a year here in the park and having great experiences. Today, about 70% of our customer service is handled by the chatbot with the most frequent questions, and only 30% overflows to human service. The platform is very complete and easy to use. Simple or complex changes and updates to messages or response methods are easily made and go live instantly. The monthly fee paid was very worthwhile for the free time the team has to dedicate to more complex, humanized service.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

We had rare issues with customers who entered dates or some information and the bot did not understand, but these were isolated cases and, most of the time, because the customer typed incorrectly. But it's a matter of time for the AI to get used to the writing styles and incorporate them into its interpretation.

**Recommendations to others considering Botmaker:**

We held meetings with six chatbot companies and ended up choosing Botmaker for its ease of use and excellent cost-benefit.

We reduced by 70% the number of messages that require human interaction in our channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram). Since many customer questions are repetitive, the Botmaker platform fully met this demand.
