Great functionallity for answering messages (text, images, attachments) Excellent search engine for conversations held or recieved. **What do you dislike about Botmaker?** Interface can be better, its had to scroll through all the messages recieved. Reportig of sessions held o recieved messages is limmited, you can't customize fields. **What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?** It integrates messages from whatsapp & social media in one app. Bots help to retrieve information from customers and to set expectations about operators tieme of response ### 3.
