It is easy to use, anyone can actually create their own bot because it basically works as a drag and drop platform and it also provides a lot of functionality. Documentation is not the best, for certain topics they lack examples or actually a clear explanation of how to do what you want. For example, how to read data from a spreadsheet, that documentation is not clear enough. Also, some functionalities are limited, it would be great to be able to have dynamic buttons in WhatsApp. There's a lack of documentation and examples on how to use certain features. The trainings explain a really small part of all the botmaker functionality so it would be great to have an even more advanced training.
