**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

I like that Botmaker is reliable and quick for making integrations between different channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. I really appreciate the support that Botmaker offers, especially for the main integration with Meta, which is very useful since it can sometimes be a bit difficult to establish the connection with other platforms. Additionally, the setup is very easy because the platform is quite intuitive for starting to develop chatbots, and although some prior programming knowledge is needed for more advanced code actions, the setup itself is quite fast.

I use Botmaker to automate customer service processes and integrate chatbots into channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. It is quick and effective in its support for integrations, especially with Meta.

**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

What I like most about Botmaker is the ease of creating intelligent bots. Additionally, the platform offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes the entire creation and configuration process extremely simple. From design to implementation, Botmaker facilitates each step of the way, allowing even beginners to design complex bots with ease. The availability of pre-configured resources and the option for customization make the experience even more pleasant and efficient. With Botmaker, creating and implementing an intelligent bot becomes an accessible and rewarding task.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

One of the things I don't like about Botmaker is the integration with HubSpot, which I sometimes find a bit complicated. Although it is a useful integration, especially for automating processes, I encountered some obstacles when trying to configure it due to the complexity of the interface or the lack of clarity in the configuration instructions.

Additionally, I would like to see more documentation available on the platform's usage guidance. Although Botmaker is relatively easy to use in many aspects, there are times when I feel lost or would like to have more step-by-step guidance on how to make the most of the available features. More comprehensive and detailed documentation could help users feel more confident and empowered when using the platform.

Botmaker is solving the communication problem by serving as an effective messaging channel with potential leads, leads, contacts, and students. This approach directly benefits my team and me, as it allows us to automate and streamline many aspects of our communication process.

**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

What I like most about BotMaker is the use of a single bot for multiple channels and the ease of creating them. Also, the attention they provide to the user is top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

In reality, there are very few disadvantages to using a platform as robust as BotMaker, but if I had to mention one, it would be that when creating bots for WhatsApp, it takes a long time to verify the bot's name.

**What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When making the change from creating bots by intentions to the schema form, I had problems with how the bots were displayed and how to direct the user to each one, but it is now resolved. Also, the implementation of the GPT modules and being able to obtain the responses as a variable benefits me by allowing the use of the response as a parameter.

It has very interesting tools for task execution and subsequent control, providing you with metrics, numbers, and graphs.

It would be great if you add the possibility of making global outgoing calls, let's say selecting the template and making an outgoing call to many numbers at the same time. 

Also, it would be great if the integration with Dynamics, for example, were simpler.

We use it for the entire customer service section and remote commercial advisors. The possibility of sending predefined templates is very good.

1. The speed within the platform.
2. That easily and simply allows transferring chats, real-time visibility over the chats that are queued.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

That the current configuration of the panel is only designed to allow the extraction of information broken down by each session and not by each message.

Since if the goal is to measure or validate (for example: the messages sent and received in a conversation) it is not possible, as it only allows us to extract information about sessions created that day and not the complete message history of the same conversation.

Botmaker is an agile and dynamic platform that helps us in the process of customer service, offering resources and functionalities that undoubtedly make all the difference. I also highlight the quick support provided when necessary.

The interface on the settings screen could be simpler and more intuitive. In my opinion, it is overloaded with numerous pieces of information that end up making navigation confusing. But I believe this is simple to adjust and I hope it improves soon.

The platform is very robust and rarely goes offline. Additionally, all interactions with customers are conducted in a very practical manner. Another highlight is the self-service tool that the platform provides.

I did not find a dashboard or alarm that shows in real-time if the connection with any of the channels is affected or down.

For the agents who handle the bot, it is easy to use, we can load all the necessary responses and it gives us the possibility to obtain customer feedback through a satisfaction survey.

Also, regarding the indicators, those that include hours and minutes do not appear in this format but rather in total minutes, which is why they need to be converted later. And it's not easy to do. We should be able to create the reports in a simpler way.

Reduce the communications that an agent must handle by redirecting them through bot assistance. With the same tool, be able to provide support and extract KPIs from them. Also, obtain customer satisfaction results.

I like that it is very easy and you can quickly generate interactions. It is connected with artificial intelligence and that is the best thing nowadays. Easy to explain to the agents and intuitive for the users.

There are times when the META service doesn't work and the Status page of the service is either unavailable or not functioning. It would be good for that part to be resolved and also to be able to import existing contacts to this platform.

We have implemented Botmaker to unify the attention we had distributed across several cell phone numbers with WhatsApp Business. This benefited the business by providing better response in customer service.

Sometimes technical support takes a long time to resolve a query which is discouraging. The status of a claim or problem that was raised is also not very clear.

There are some bugs that unfortunately occur sometimes, although we have quick support for issues and clarifications regarding questions, every now and then there are some bugs on the platform, but nothing that hinders much.

The botmaker did not allow the creation of a bot for internal demands of our employees and, in addition, handles all customer service on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, online chat, etc.

What I have liked the least so far is their customer service, as well as their quality and response times, and it is difficult to know how far their service level agreements go.

Integrations with different platforms. Flexibility for integration through APIs with other systems. Intuitive flow configuration (in the latest version)

Many features that can be useful are behind a paywall, such as the Knowledge Base, whose operating cost is exorbitant unless each of your chats generates enough income to continue absorbing the costs.

It solves problems for me when clients communicate chaotically through various means, which makes it difficult to track cases without a tool like the botmaker.

I would implement an option for broader conversation analysis than the current ones. For our business, it is important to have a dashboard designed based on our internal clients that allows highlighting the functionality of our clients.

What I like the most is that I have all the messaging in one place. Its interface is easy to use and quite intuitive. Very similar to a large WhatsApp.

What I don't like is the technical support. Sometimes it takes a long time to respond or doesn't answer what I need. And there are things that are very complicated, like sending a message to a number or templates.

I like the credibility it gives me, the clients love it and feel secure just like I do. It is indeed a very good and productive app, I can always keep track of my clients.

the only disadvantage I notice is the fact that I can't delete a message I sent, sometimes there's a mistake I can't delete, so I think you could validate this to improve it.

I really like the mass sending template features, and how the tool makes it easy to create and approve templates, greatly facilitating daily routines.

Sometimes I feel a significant lack of knowledge on the part of account managers, and I find it very difficult for them to understand the problems or provide explanations.

I really love how botmaker helps me and my team to enhance and automate our customer service with our chatbot.  The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly, which I really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

Maybe pricing? I mean, my company pays for it but I've heard that sometimes it can be quite expensive when we require advanced features or higher volumes.

We are and e-commerce that provides beverages to different kind of local stores here in Mexico. Our customers can purchase products to fill their inventory at their stores and sell to their own clients. With our chatbot it's very easy for them to choose what they want, whenever they want and get every detail of the delivery process at hand. Communication through botmaker makes everything accesible and efficient.

I would like Botmaker to be closer to the business to be a more strategic ally in growth. It would help us more if they were more aligned with the strategy, however, they do fulfill sending us updates about the platform's news.

I still see that we need to improve the issue of integrations between Botmaker and other systems. I find it difficult to extract data both through spreadsheets and the API for the team's dashboard control.

The use of Botmaker is gratifying with respect to the chats that can be responded to for end customers, the best part is the immediate response, the use of Botmaker is very interesting compared to its competitors.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

The disadvantages are that it depends on another messaging application to be able to use it; the improvement would be implementing a common point with the messaging provider. I would like it to be used in live messaging with customers.

Difficulty in extracting reports, various bugs, navigability issues, lack of notifications for appointments

For now, it is only serving us as a connection platform between Ford's customer service and our guides. The bot's possibilities are more applicable to another cell still under implementation, so it hasn't benefited us much.

The Support sector, because when something doesn't work well, they take a long time to provide a solution and sometimes they don't even respond.

I work in the Collections sector, and with just two clicks we can receive clients' receipts, as well as provide them with information without the need for a human agent on the other side.

Ease of speaking with customers, integration with WhatsApp, mass messaging works very well, and the usability is very good even for those who don't have much knowledge.

The message search feature through words freezes a lot, many clients get lost and are not automatically directed to any attendant, and when there is instability, it lasts a long time.

Our company's main means of contact with the customer is Whatsapp. Therefore, Botmaker not having 24/7 support to answer questions, or to report problems with the BOT is bad.

In my last evaluation, there were several problems with communication with the company, platform instability, among others. I see that throughout this year, they have improved all these points a lot.

**What do you like best about Botmaker?**

Most of the processes are quite intuitive and simple to carry out, especially the view for the attendants. The support service is easily accessible, fast, and always attentive.

**What do you dislike about Botmaker?**

Some updates occur unexpectedly, I believe that whenever there is an update, it is necessary not only to inform but also to explain what the implications will be for the processes and whether it will change the way the action is executed.

**What problems is Botmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently we had problems with the deployment of the records feature, and it was necessary for the Bot to create the code for us to use. However, it went well past the expected deadline. Everything was resolved after quite some time, and we can use this beneficial function for our organization, as we were having issues with the spreadsheets in Google Sheets, and the records function comes to replace it.

The functionalities similar to the customer service channel feature. Ease of navigation, reports, and indicators of actions taken. The possibilities of customizations made by the account administrator themselves greatly facilitate our work.

When searching for a conversation, it is not visually identifiable to which operator that conversation is assigned. If there has been no service from the operator, it takes several clicks and obtaining events to find out to whom that conversation was assigned. The window closing time of 24 hours also hinders our business.

Unification of a customer service channel via WhatsApp. It was an important point within the organization, but the 24-hour window puts us in this dilemma again.

I like how easy is to use it. It has different tools to make sure you can keep the agents, chats, parametres, everything in order. I only used it for 2 months, but with a 1 hour talk with the support team, I learnt eveything I needed.

I think probably the wording they use. Some terms are not so user friendly and it makes difficult to make sure we are all talking about the same. Also, maybe they could improve the categories in the lateral menu. Also, I would improve the statics tool.

It´s making my customer service cheaper for the company, and it´s integrating great with my APIs so I can start thinking about an omnichannel experience in my company.

The difficulty in creating new templates. I believe that the creation of the template could be free for the administrators. Furthermore, it would be interesting to have the option to edit templates with ease.

Sometimes it isn't easy to find some advanced functions to customize the Bot. However, they're making changes in this area, changing the GUI and adding search capabilities.

During the pandemic, it helped us reach our users as fast as possible with the most used messaging platform in our area, Whatsapp. Also, while adding functionalities to the Bot, we can give other options to our users.

At certain times, apparently, some irreversible communication failures occur. It would be like trying to send a message where the error occurred, but there is no option to "forward" the message.
