What I like about this solution is its accessibility and efficiency. It's easy to start with this approach. I like the user friendly design and to fast go to market in this low code/no code tool. Honestly I can´t complain at the moment. The solution is great for our simple needs in chatbots. It´s perfect that you can try it free, in reality the limitations are quickly reached and you need early to move to a paid subscription - which is fair given the value.
