The hardest part of getting started with Botkeeper is the inherent change in processes. Not only is it a different process internally, but it is a different process for our clients. The connection with the bank accounts works perfectly, and for that reason we can save time - the bookings will be transferred correctly and just for abroad sales and expenses (invoices) we have to take a look up. Using and implementing this software is a little difficult and confusing. In addition, we have had multiple drawbacks when trying to configure the panels and it has also failed in the synchronization process.
