The reporting module lacks flexibility, so we cannot fully tailor outputs to our custom audit frameworks. Complex, multi-category expenses frequently require manual adjustments after processing. Additionally, the mobile app has restricted functionality, creating inconvenience for our remote team members who need to access and check financial data while away from the office. The connection with the bank accounts works perfectly, and for that reason we can save time - the bookings will be transferred correctly and just for abroad sales and expenses (invoices) we have to take a look up. The savings list and the access to the bank account often need a new digit of the user account name and password - of course that's a security reason but could be annoying if we are not in the office and need to access. One of the features that I like the most about Botkeeper is that it allows you to manage cats and manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently. In addition, it allows you to easily create and customize financial reports. Another great advantage of this software is that it is totally secure and the technical support service is excellent, they are always available and provide quick and accurate answers. In addition, we have had multiple drawbacks when trying to configure the panels and it has also failed in the synchronization process.
