BotFriday is an AI hiring automation platform that runs the top of your hiring funnel which is screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates before a recruiter has to touch a single resume. This is where hiring actually breaks down. Every open role brings in hundreds of applicants, but only a handful are worth a recruiter's time and the problem is figuring out which ones, fast. Today that means manually reading resumes, running first-round calls just to filter people out, and chasing candidates for scheduling, all before any real evaluation happens. BotFriday automates this entire stage, so what used to take weeks of recruiter hours happens in hours, and human time is spent only on candidates who've already proven they're worth interviewing. BotFriday works as a set of AI agents that plug into your existing ATS and run the full top of your hiring funnel: A pre-screening agent that filters every applicant against the role's real requirements before a human ever opens a resume. A resume screening agent that reads and scores resumes at scale - enriched with company, team, and industry context, and turns them into a ranked, interview-ready shortlist. A telephonic screening agent that runs structured voice screening calls with candidates and handles interview scheduling end-to-end, including follow-ups and rescheduling. A TeleVideo interview agent, BotFriday's flagship product, that hosts full AI video interviews by presenting the company, asking role-specific questions, and flagging integrity issues like impersonation or answer-coaching, with a complete replay and report for every session. Every agent evaluates and scores as it goes, so by the time a candidate reaches a human, there's already a clear, defensible reason they're in the room. BotFriday integrates with major ATS platforms including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, BambooHR, and others, so teams can adopt it without disrupting existing workflows. BotFriday also runs a Done-For-You (DFY) engineering recruitment service, helping funded companies across the GCC build dedicated engineering teams in India that manage sourcing, vetting, and recruitment operations end-to-end for teams that want offshore engineering capacity without standing up an in-house TA function. BotFriday is built for HR and TA teams buried in application volume, founders and operators who need to hire fast without costly mistakes, and business leaders trying to lower cost-per-hire while keeping their bar consistent. Humans still make every final call while BotFriday just clears everything that gets in the way of making it quickly.
